Park Rules

Please note that the following is a summary of the main rules for potential residents, the complete rules are available on request.

 

• Slepe is a residential park and the home must be the resident’s only or main residence

• We are mainly a retirement park, all residents must be at least fifty years old

• We regret that pets are not allowed

• There is allocated parking on site but only one private car per home is allowed

• The owner must be the resident, subletting of homes is not allowed
